Bali villas | Kerobokan villas

The Villas is an enclave of Bali private villas of the highest standard and are located about a thirty-minute drive from Bali’s international airport.  They are an ideal retreat and hideaway for people who value their privacy and above all want to experience the peace and beauty of Bali in regal style.

The compound is comprised of three luxuries of two bedroom Bali villas which each villa has private entrance and private swimming pool, however this Bali villa has connecting door to each other to communicate the guests when compound is rent by same party/family.

This Bali property comfortably sleeps a maximum of twelve guests and can be rent separately.
This Bali villa is separated to one another by plantation fence and wall. Each spacious open-plan villa features air-conditioned bedrooms (of which there are a total of 6) with en-suite bathrooms.

The buildings were designed to maximize the view of the pool, which seems to flow over into the adjacent rice fields. Tariffs for the villas are inclusive of all staff, management fees and taxes. Breakfast is complimentary on the first morning, but then all meals can be prepared by the chefs and paid for in advance. All food, groceries & drinks are purchased at the markets - the cost of which shall be for the account of the guests.

Villa # 1 (Villa Dinda)
From the foyer the attention to detail, the decor and fine furnishings are clearly apparent! All internal walls are shaped from sandstone blocks and highly polished wooden flooring is used throughout (except in the bathrooms).

The open-plan design allows the natural light to filter through during the daylight hours and strategically placed ceiling fans provide extra ventilation in the living areas.

The entertaining areas and sitting areas overlook gardens, the adjacent rice fields and with views of the swimming pool. The living room and sitting area are connected by a covered wooden walkway. Audiovisual equipment consists of a remote controlled stereo, TV, stereo etc.

The dining area overlooks a Japanese Garden, and seats a maximum of six dinner guests.
The villa features two double bedrooms - both bedrooms are situated downstairs.

All bedrooms are furnished with queen size four poster beds & fitted with mosquito nets, air-conditioning and ceiling fans and are serviced with en-suite bathrooms. Furnishings consist of tastefully selected antiques in addition to built-in wardrobes.

The compound is comprised of three deluxe Bali villas, a three-bedroom villa, a two-bedroom villa, a one-bedroom villa and a guest cottage. The property comfortably sleeps a maximum of sixteen guests. This Bali villas are separated from one another by an open lawn of Japanese grass and each spacious open-plan villa features air-conditioned bedrooms (of which there are a total of 6) with en-suite bathrooms.
